2) Join or create an organization
Accept an invite from your team or create a new organization. Organizations keep candidates, reference requests, and usage isolated by company.
3) Configure reference questions
Choose the questions you want referees to answer. You can reuse templates or tailor questions per role or seniority level to capture the strongest signals.

7) Referees answer your questionnaire
Each referee receives a secure link. They answer the configured questions and can optionally add structured examples that boost signal quality.
8) Risk score is computed
As responses arrive, our risk engine aggregates consistency, sentiment, and anomaly signals into a single risk score. You’ll see a clear visual summary on the check detail page.
