Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a HireScan account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not have authority to bind your organisation, do not proceed.

2. The service

HireScan provides AI-powered candidate screening, voice interviewing, and reference verification. Service tiers, AI screen credits, seat limits, and add-ons are defined on /pricing.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawful basis on which candidate data is uploaded, obtaining required consents, and ensuring your use complies with local employment law (including Saudization, Emiratization, GDPR, and equivalent regimes).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use HireScan to make fully automated hiring decisions without human review, discriminate against protected classes, scrape data outside permitted integrations, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI pipelines.

5. Fees and trials

Starter and Growth come with a 14-day free trial — no card required. Beyond your plan, AI actions are metered at the rates shown on the pricing page. Annual plans are billed yearly with a 15% discount.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. On termination we provide an export of your data and delete it within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Liability

HireScan’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for hiring outcomes — every recommendation is decision support, not a hiring decision.
